played their first game against the traditional
school rival, Hemingway , and came out victorious.

In the second game of the season Johnsonville
smashed Indiantown 26 to o. Bishop 1 s passing was
on the up and up, while Dill stood out on defense,
Johnsonville journeyed to Macedonia for the their
third game which ended in a scoreless deadlock . nu...

The locals lost their first game of the season
on home soil when st. Stephens rolled over with
the big end of a 21 to 14 score . Bishop 1 s hand injury in this game put him on the bench for the sea.son . Tanner starred in this game with long, harod
drives to his credit .

to a 44 to 23 triumph . Hinnie neaver was outstanding in
this game with 29 points to her credit . Koe.fe netted a··
total of 15 points .
In Timmonsville the Johnsonville la.ssi£ls played what
vras perhaps their best g.rune of the season . They entered
tho game with Tinunonsville as a strong f.1vo r ite , but in
