He said the woman was having an epileptic seizure when he arrived. He first titled the victim's head to prevent her from ber tongue. The victim suddenly stopped breathing, and Buchanan said he pressed on her abdomen twice in an effort to reatore the • respiratory action. The victim began breating on her own then. and he said he was not required to administer artificial respiration. Buchanan, who is certified by ~ Red Cross for emergency aid commented on h1s on, "She just stopped ~eathing, and I just took U. necessary action.''
