Because Government Is Too Expensive.
It's alarming to see that in the last ten
years the number of state employees in South
Carolina has increased by 78% - while our
population has only grown by 8%.
Hugh Leatherman believes that government must work harder to be more efficient.
We as taxpayers are paying for all that growth,
and we just can't afford it.
Hugh Leatherman has the expertise it
takes to run a business efficiently. He wants to
put that expertise to work in carrying out the
people's business.
